Ready to uncork? Join our director of operations, Kyle Jackson, and beverage director, Gary Waldukat, for a wine dinner with vineyard Round Pond Estate from 6 - 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28. The evening will feature a five-course menu, each dish paired with fine wines from Round Pond for an all-inclusive tasting experience.
Family-owned winery Round Pond Estate, located in the heart of Napa Valley, CA, specializes in the creation of pure, expressive wines. Since acquiring their first vineyard in 1983, the family has been dedicated to sustainable wine growing. While they are best known for their award-winning cabernet sauvignon, they produce a variety of bottles, including sauvignon blanc, merlot and petit verdot.
